Grady has been practicing Pilates for over 8 years and is a certified Pilates instructor.
She discovered the benefits of the Pilates method of exercise following a back injury
and believes strongly in the ability of Pilates to not only increase strength and flexibility
but also to re-balance and re-align the body to improve posture and reduce the risk of
injuries.
