certified Pilates instructor, who designs a workout to specifically target your unique condition,

At GradyPilates we are especially committed to providing exercise
tailored to the unique health and fitness issues facing the older adult. Regular Pilates exercise
helps improve the quality and functionality of daily living. In addition, we believe strongly in
the role of Pilates in rehabilitation, especially for post-replacement surgery patients.
Owner Margie Grady has been practicing Pilates for over 12 years and is a certified Pilates instructor.
She discovered the benefits of the Pilates method of exercise following a back injury and believes
strongly in the ability of Pilates to not only increase strength and flexibility but also to
re-balance and re-align the body to improve posture and reduce the risk of injuries.
